CJay Philip, Creative Director of Dance & Bmore won the Excellence in Theater Education Award co-founded by the American Theatre Wing, The Broadway League, and Carnegie Mellon University. CJay will be presented the award at the Tony Awards in New York City on Sunday, June 16 which will air on CBS.

Voices of Carmen is a musical adaptation of the opera, Carmen, set in a High School. It is also a 5 week summer job program. Youth receive training and mentorship in on stage and off stage production skills, job readiness, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and more.
Baltimore City Residents are paid via YouthWorks. Deadline to apply is March 22nd.
