National Virtual Elder Arts Jam – Every Second Saturday through June 2024 – Free!
Join individuals from across the country for this national Elder Arts Jam! This virtual community includes music, movement, games, and storytelling each month.

Dance & Bmore is offering a series of Mindfulness Breath and Stretch and Adult Ballet to get into our bodies this fall. A 5 week series of Mindfulness is followed by a 7 week series of Adult Ballet.
