Mindful Breath & Stretch + Adult Ballet!

Dance & Bmore is offering a series of Mindfulness Breath and Stretch and Adult Ballet to get into our bodies this fall. A 5 week series of Mindfulness is followed by a 7 week series of Adult Ballet.
